Do you need to drill the lock?

Almost never. We pick or bypass standard residential locks non-destructively. Drilling is a last resort and only on locks where picking isn't viable — and only with your authorization.

Why do you ask for ID?

Because we won't open a door for the wrong person. ID matching the address protects you from someone using our service against you. We've done this since 2012 and it's never been negotiable.

Can you do smart locks or high-security cylinders?

Yes, but they often need different tooling. Tell dispatch the brand and model if you can read it from the lock face — we'll send a tech with the right kit.

Are you available at night?

Yes — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After-hours pricing applies between 9 PM and 8 AM and is stated on the phone before we dispatch.
