Between 9 PM and 8 AM, an after-hours service rate applies on top of the fuel cost. We always state the total on the phone before dispatching so there's no surprise.

Sometimes running completely dry pulls air or debris into the fuel line. The technician will help cycle the key correctly. If it still won't start, we'll arrange the next step on-site — usually a tow to a shop.
