Who we are
American Roadside Services was founded on June 4, 2012 by brothers William and Alan Reasor, who saw that Wichita Falls drivers were getting routed to national call centers when they needed local help. They started ARS to put a calm, local voice at the other end of every 2 AM lockout, every dead battery on Kemp Boulevard, every flat tire on I-44 at the Oklahoma line.
Today ARS is still family-run and still locally dispatched. Every call is answered by a Wichita Falls dispatcher who can see our technicians on a live map. Every ETA is a real ETA. Every after-hours rate is stated up front before we hang up.
What we do
We provide automotive lockouts, jump starts, tire changes (using your spare), fuel delivery, and residential lock picks — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Our service area covers Wichita Falls and the surrounding communities including Sheppard AFB, Iowa Park, Burkburnett, Lakeside City, Holliday, and Electra.
